General Shipping Information

At O'Khach Baking Supplies, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process:

• Handling and Packing Times: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, especially during busy periods.

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on factors beyond our control, including postal delays, holidays, or promotional periods.

• Carrier Delays: Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing delays due to high parcel volumes. While some parcels may arrive quickly, others may take longer. O'Khach Baking Supplies has no control over these delays.

Delivery Times (Excluding Handling and Packing Times)

Domestic Orders (Australia):

• Australia Post Standard: 3-20 business days

• Australia Post Express: 1-3 business days

New Zealand Orders:

• Australia Post Standard: 8-12 business days

• Australia Post Express: 4-8 business days

Rest of the World:

• Australia Post Standard: 8-28 business days

• Australia Post Express: 4-10 business days

International Shipping and Customs

• Customs and Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes, which vary by country. These fees are beyond our control, and O'Khach Baking Supplies is not responsible for paying them.

• Contact Your Customs Office: We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees.

• Accurate Declarations: We cannot mark packages as “sample” or “gift” to avoid customs charges. “Honesty is our policy.”

For New Zealand customers, you can estimate customs charges using the NZ Customs Duty Estimator.

Tracking and Updates

• Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Shipment Confirmation: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

• Parcel Issues: Most delivery issues can be resolved directly with Australia Post using the following resources:

  • Missing or Lost Item

  • Delivery Issue

  • Mail Redirection or Hold

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Holidays and Promotions: Processing and delivery times may be extended during holidays and promotional events.

• Free Shipping Thresholds:

  • Domestic Orders (Australia): Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

  • New Zealand Orders: Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.

  • Rest of the World: Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
